Personal Snapshot

Outside of work, much of Melissa’s time revolves around her son, Jameson. Together they enjoy exploring new places, building and imagining together, spending time outdoors and discovering new adventures.

Melissa is also passionate about endurance training and personal growth. She has participated in the 29029 Everesting challenge twice, taking on the demanding endurance event designed to climb the vertical equivalent of Mount Everest over the course of 36 hours. The experience reinforced her belief in resilience, consistency and the importance of continuing to take the next step even when the climb feels overwhelming.

Outside of mom life, she enjoys reading, mentoring, and working toward her master’s degree. She also shepherds a class in children’s ministry and leads a women’s Bible study group focused on meaningful connection and community.
