Through the power of shared values, about a dozen Look East team members are now “engaged.”
Donna Moenning, senior account manager, conducted a session of Engage training at the Look East office. Through research, demonstrations and exercises, we learned how to more effectively communicate with consumers and customers to build trust using shared values. Our peer-reviewed and published research shows that connecting through values is three-to-five times more powerful in building trust than simply sharing facts.
Throughout the day, we practiced “critical conversations” – those day-to-day conversations that present valuable opportunities to effectively connect and ultimately build trust.
Donna conducts Engage training throughout the nation to a variety of audiences, ranging from FFA students to farmers to food system executives.
